These were each part of a very limited edition run of only 50 pens in their respective finish. These are based on Armando Simoni Club's Bologna Extra Pen, witch is one of the biggest pens on the market. (measuring 159 mm capped and 146 mm uncapped) These are made from the coveted Omas Arco Celluloid (arco bronze and the more rare arco verde) The arco patterns on these pens mirror eachother just about perfectly as you can see in the pictures, and they perfectly line up. The nibs on these are custom ground by ASC's in house nib specialists NIBS.com the grinds are as follows. Arco Bronze has a lovely cursive italic nib. Arco Verde has a smooth extra fine almost needlepoint These are all sold out and aren't avaliable anywhere else that I am aware of espically as a complete set. These have only been inked up a couple of times a piece and have been well taken care of. No Scratches No Blemishes they are like brand new. I pre-ordered this pen, and picked it up directly from Manu at the LA Pen Show. It is a mint, never inked, Il Gladiatore number 18 of just 70. The nib flows smoothly across the page. That said, full disclosure.I have never inked it, so I cannot say whether or not it writes as well as it feels like it does.
