It is standard size 42 (12.5cm). The pen is extremely unique and is gorgeous. It has a retractable nib, and really is a masterpiece nbsp; br />The pen can be seen photographed in the book, The Art of Overlay In Italy 1900-1940, by M. Dansi, L. Jacopini, E. Verduci. On page 8 and 68. The seals would likely to need to repaired for writing, but is being sold as is without any rest
