eBay Soennecken Rheingold No. 613. This pen dates to 1945. It is a button filler that is activated by twisting the barrel end to reveal the white button that is then pressed to fill the visualated barrel. Ink level is easily visible through the visualated barrel. This pattern was called silver ray. The pen has gold filled trim and the name imprinted on the clip and the barrel rings are possibly rhodium plated; not sure. The cap has the eagle logo.
